Pregnancy Test Help!?

About two weeks ago I did two pound pregnancy tests, an early morning one and another during the day, both were negative, I did am early morning urine sample for the doctor two days ago which came back positive lol, I found out yesterday afternoon, I then did another pound pregnancy test during the day and another early morning one this morning, both negative,
To sum up I did 4 home pound pregnancy tests which were negative and the one at the doctors which was positive.
Could someone give me advice? I am massively freaking out as It's not something that I planned and I can't do another test at the doctors until Tuesday now seeing as it is bank holiday!
Also if I am, the date of conception was 30th March.

My GP friend told me that some tests are more sensitive than others, so it's possible that the test your doctor used was more sensitive than the ones you bought yourself.

You can have a false negative but not a false positive. Get one of the more sensitive tests if you want to know for sure.

Congratulations.

It depends on the hormone level in your urine and the sensitivity of the test. Different tests detect the hormone at different levels. First Response is very sensitive so perhaps try one of those? How many days past your expected period date are you?

If you conceived end of March then I am guessing your LMP would be around mid march which would make you over 2 months pregnant - an hpt should be picking that up.

Do you have any symptoms? According to your dates you'll be about 10 weeks.
