I have checked my blood pressure and it's fine. I just feel awful. I can't take my painkillers as they reappear, luckily my dm is here to look after ds who is just 3! I have had awful backache too, but that's cleared today. Any ideas? I am desperate for this baby to come, I even bought some raspberry leaf tea capsules today, but can't take them at the moment! Please help.

Are your fingers, ankles, toes swollen? Ask DM?

No, no swelling at the moment. Do feel pretty spaced out though maybe that's lack of food. Am trying to keep down a cup of hot sweet tea. I'm feeling very sorry for myself, am currently say on the bathroom chair next to the loo, as can't move quickly enough to get here if it happens again.

I agree with the above call the above people, if necessary get to hospital. I have no wish to frighten you but it is better to err on the side of caution.

How are you feeling now?

Much better now, my gorgeous dh brought home some lucozade and then made me toast and marmite and sat with me whilst I took an age to eat and drink them. Then he has just given me a wonderful head and neck massage and I'm feeling much much better. Thank you all x

I'm 38 weeks too and feel like lots of my early pregnancy symptoms are back: nausea, brain fog, headache, exhaustion. I wonder if it's a hormone surge to finish us off at the end?

Not exactly the diagnosis of a medical professional! But I hope you're feeling better Smile
