I am 9+6 with my first after a diagnosis of PCOS some time ago. I've had an early scan at 8 weeks and everything looked fine but I can't stop worrying about the extra complications and risks that come with having PCOS e.g. increased risk of miscarriage/pre-eclampsia/gestational diabetes etc especially as it took us so long to get here. I am a healthy weight, BMI of 23, and I exercise regularly and generally eat really well (although last few weeks all I can eat is carbs without wanting to be sick!) Has anyone else been through this and can put my mind at ease or give me any advice to stop me worrying so much?
