I've been an utter witch this time round, there's not a nice graceful pregnant bone in my body. I want to eat, moan and sleep and that's it. Roll on the second trimester I'm hopeful for improvement

Oh, I'm in. 10 weeks, horrible sickness since 3 and a half weeks, for which I finally got medication this week after the midwife berated the GP for being useless.

I'm gassy.
I can't drink tap water or eat breakfast cereal.
I'm shattered.
I'm useless to my 3yo so DH is having to do all parenting and listen to all my complaints (and vomiting).
I'm useless at work even when I'm there.

Roll on second tri. At least the first time it's all excitement and anticipation; now I'm just dreading every minute until October because I hated being pregnant last time, and so far this is worse!

This baby had better be a good sleeper to make up for it.

I'm in. I am knackered. DD is one. How on earth am I going to cope with 2? I enjoyed pregnancy the first time round - checking my app to see what size fruit each week and looking out for symptoms. Now I have the symptoms but no tolerance for them.

I checked the babycentre app earlier only because I couldn't remember how many weeks I am.

And then got cranky because it's still only the size of an olive....

I have no tolerance for precious first timers. There is someone at work 5-6 weeks behind me and expecting to be treated like glass. My one year old stood on my 16 week bump earlier and I have spd. Roll on having a 3 year old and a one year old.... Sod next trimester / newborn and toddler.

I'm 38+5 and soooooo over being pregnant. Found it much harder this time around. I guess having a toddler to look after is the major reason, but also feel that my body hasn't been as up to it. I feel like I've only had about 6-8 weeks this time of actually feeling good. We plan to only have two DC, would not want to be pregnant again. Hats off to ladies that go on to have 3dc or more.

Also there's the added anxiousness of how I'll cope with two DC. I know it'll be worth it in the long run but at the moment I'm dreading it. Hopefully it'll fade away when dc2 in my arms Confused

First pregnancy I was blissfully naïve, which was, on reflection nice. This time I'm terrified as I know what can happen!
And I can't really stay in bed whinging with another baby to look after.

Second time round is an utter nightmare.. all I wanna do is eat junk and sleep. But work and 6 year old means I an struggling along. I really hope this awfulness passes soon as I don't think I can last another 6 months of this x

I want to join the club. I'm 27 weeks (even though everyone is telling me how massive I look already) I'm feeling totally crap about everything! I'm tired and stressed and my blood pressure has gone all weird so keep having dizzy spells. My manager at work is 26 weeks with a little basketball bump and seems to be breezing through, she also seems to get all of her appointments outside of working hours where as mine are all slap bang in the middle of the day Confused totally fed up!!!! X

I'm having my third, each pregnancy has been harder than the last with less time to enjoy it (because I've got more kids to look after!) plus I have found that all my pregnancy niggles have just picked up where they left off (such as gestational diabetes and pelvis pain). Living on toast and feta cheese, been wearing maternity clothes since 10 weeks and feeling sick all day every day. It's a magical time isn't it?

I'll join! I'm only 6 weeks and already feeling completely poo and fed up. My little one is only 10 months and all I can think is how am I going to cope with the pregnancy and then essentially two babies!!

God I envy my first time pregnany friends, I would love to be that naive again and to enjoy each stage. Somehow i don't think I'm going to have time with going back to work and running after my other one.

Thankfully this is our second and last baby :)

I'm in too! 30 weeks with number 3. Was showing from 7 weeks. Totally missed the second trimester "I have sooooo much energy thing". I'm a Complete cow all the time. DH can't do anything right, I don't even allow him to breathe near me. Kind of can't wait for the baby to come but totally scared about what life with three will be like too.

I'm in - 39 weeks today with DC2 and I am officially fed up. DS1 came at 36 weeks so in unchartered territory. However, as a result DS1 and I were in hospital for a week and he did not feed well for weeks so I should count myself lucky no. 2 is cooking for longer. But surely long enough now!

Yes. I feel I've been pregnant for eternity. I'm 39 weeks and, just when I thought the back pain, constipation, heartburn, tiredness etc couldn't get any worse, DD1 has given us all a horrendous head cold so I've got aching throat, pounding sinuses and rivers of snot to contend with too. So from actively wishing for the baby to come out early, I'm now hoping it stays put until I feel a bit more human.

My first pregnancy was a doddle compared to this plus I had done my hypnobirthing bollocks and naively thought that would help. Yeah right. Hmm

I'm joining you guys, 16 weeks pg and a 19 month old running riot at home from stupid o'clock in the morning. I'm tired and grumpy and just want to spend today lying on the sofa watching daytime tv and drinking hot chocolate. Oh for the free time, ability to rest and naivety of last time!

This thread title is me!
I'm 16wks. Hated pregnancy first time round and also this one (even though sickness hasn't been as bad). I just want to sleep forever... and when I'm awake I am constantly irritated by everyone around me. I have turned into such an evil witch. And when I'm not angry, I'm crying! 24wks to go (hopefully) - but, then the thought of what happens at that point petrifies me!
