irritable cervix & bleeding ( introducing irritable mummy too)

I was wondering if anyone had any advice?
im 22+4 and started bleeding last tuesday, was admitted to hospital so they could keep an eye on me, bleeding stopped so they allowed me home, only for it to start again that night (weds night) went back to hosp, was examined and since i have had my cervical suture put in (19+2) i have now been diagnosed with irritable cervix, where the suture (and every thing else) causes my cervix to bleed, baby is very active and im not having any pain with it, but its such a shock to see when it happens,
im never away from the hospital and i was wondering if anyone else had experienced this, and if they have any advice for me :)
