16 wks+ & backache...any advice welcome

Omgoodness this backache is making me so anxious. It's more of a low low backache...not period painy n not radiating but just there. I dare not take any pain killers due to past miscarriages...is it possible previous c-section/epidural could be a cause? Tia

I've had a lot of lower backache throughout my pregnancy. It is my first so no idea if it could be linked to previous c-section, but sounds likely. I would try not to worry and maybe take a couple of paracetamol as my GP advised they were completely safe.
