Tummy pain 18+3

Just that really. Have a pain in my left hand side which eases then comes back. Been on and off all day. Had Doppler on baby and he seems happy enough.
Also getting pains in my left thigh, wondering if this is pregnancy related or if it could be ibs (I do suffer with it but have had little symptoms while preg till now) bowels and bladder all regular. Thank you in advance x

Dr Google says its probably gas or growing pains so unless pain gets really bad (haven't taken anything for it so isn't too painful) or I bleed or anything I'll go to drs in morning x
