Should I call the midwife?

For the last 2 days I have had a rash of the inside of my right wrist, it's nowhere else on my body but extends from below me wrist crease about 4 inches down my arm. it looks like tiny pin-prick pink bumps. It was itchy when I first noticed it as I got out of the shower on Tuesday morning, but stopped soon after, it hasn't really itched since but the pink bumps have not gone away.
I'm 12 weeks pregnant with my first, I feel generally fine otherwise apart from a bit of a sniffle and a sore throat I've had, also since Tuesday, but there is a cold going round at work so I guessed it was just a dose of that.

Is it something I should bother the midwife/doctor with do you think?

I'd maybe go to the doctor if you are worried but it's probably nothing to worry about. Have you tried something like sudocreme to see if that helps it? It's maybe just a reaction you've taken to something?
