I didn't drink, smoke or even passive smoke (knowingly) when I was preganant with my first and he is small for his age, what are they going to put that down to?

A breath of fresh air.

A friend of mine actually gasped at lunch yesterday when I mentioned that it was nice to have a glass of wine occasinally now that I'm in my third trimester.
