Waters leaking 23 weeks?

Hi
I'm 23 weeks tomorrow and I think my waters have been leaking. I was at uni and it felt as though the baby was sitting on my bladder as It made me feel like I needed a wee but then he would get off and the feeling wouldn't be there. Well I don't know if he was or wasn't but he was kicking my side a lot too. I was in the bathroom at this point asked to be excused from my lesson as felt like I was going to wet myself. Pressure was relived and before I had the chance to go for a wee fluid came out and ran down my legs. It was about a tea cup size full. It didn't show on the outside of my clothes or anything and luckily my friend has a spare pair of tights In her bag. I then went for a wee as normal the fluid did not smell like urine it didn't smell of anything.

My issue is I'm no where near my midwife doctors or regular hospital. My uni is about an hour train ride from my home town hospital which is where I'm registered at and I have the number for my midwife and the delivery suite but not the hospital here.
I am having no pain except a dull ache when I walk on my left side kinda like a stitch from running but have not been running. I am not in pain I feel fine just tired so do I call anyone or do I just leave it? If I am to call someone or go in is it best to travel home now or go to the local maternity? I am an hour train ride and next train is in 54 mine

I would call the number you have for advice.

If you can't speak to anyone I would go to closest local maternity.

If it was me I wouldn't wait. But I am not a medical professional.

I've been noticing being wet about once a day, only as much as though (tmi) I hadn't wiped after having a wee sort of thing, I'm 19 weeks today. It also doesn't smell. I keep wondering if it's a bit of stress incontinence or my waters, but as it doesn't happen again after the first time that day I have not worried too much.

Definitely get it checked out to be on the safe side but it might also be worth getting your urine tested to see if you have a UTI? I had a similar leaking feeling and the stitch feeling too and it turned out when I had my monthly check at the OB that I had a UTI. Really weird as I had totally different symptoms to when I've had them in the past. Before it's always been really obvious from the burning sensation when I urinate. This time if they weren't routinely checking my urine, I'd have been none the wiser. I checked online and leaking can be a symptom. I finish my course of antibiotics this evening and they appear to have done the trick!
