25 weeks very achey breasts

They have suddenly gone quite painful and uncomfy to touch, never had problem this early on in previous pregnancy until near then end, ive had odd aches etc but not like this, also back is killing with them what can i do?

Try the boob fluff - bend over at the waist, without a bra, so your boobs are hanging straight down. Then put one hand on each boob and sort of fluff them up and down/jiggle them around a bit - like when you're fluffing up a pillow.

I know it's not appealing when they're sore and achy anyway, but it does seem to help!

Also, check the bra intervention threads in the style and beauty section and see whether your bra is the right size still. By this stage your boobs are likely to be a bit bigger than before and your ribcage is expanding.
