odd and sore bump... is this normal?

Hi,
my bump seems really really low. it seems to hang down between my legs and i can't close them. is this 'normal'? i'm nearly 39 weeks. this is my first pregnancy and i am measuring big.
also i have a chest infection and every time i cough (alot!) it really hurts the bottom of my bump and i'm getting loads of stretch marks there that sting like crazy and my skin is so so sensitive. it feels like it is splitting... is that 'normal'?
i'm so tired from this cough (my course of antibiotics has run out and it is still here...) that i just want to cry.
