I can't even remember how bowels are supposed to work anymore. Digestion is a constant battle and surprise! I did not expect it!

i juts assumed you were constipated all the time and that was it, but its exciting to actually see how your body is reacting to making a baby :)

I never found anything that alleviated my nausea and vomiting, though I tried a lot. Best thing for me was eating plain carby bland foods like toast, cereal, noodles, salt and vinegar snak a jacks were a favorite! Though I think maybe that just made the throwing up less unpleasant. Some people swear by Travel bands for the wrists, I found chewing lots of gum helped take my mind off it. Sleep and rest as much as you can, if you can't face eating something don't force yourself to. Even if you can't eat any fruit, veg, meat etc don't worry as baby will get nutrients from whatever you can force down. I found it stopped at 14 weeks.

I ate an ice lolly there and it's calmed a lot, still a little upset stomach but no way near as bad. Everything's okay isn't it? Wouldn't b a bad sign would it?

I've actually had to go to EPAU today as stomach pain was so bad they wanted to check it wasn't ectopic - luckily it's not.

But Christ it hurts !!

I'm 5 weeks tomorrow and getting diarrhoea every
Morning! It's not so bad (certainly could be worse) but it's an interesting development.

Also getting pains (like period pain but not as bad) and pain from trapped wind. Glamourous. I'm still in that just happy to be pregnant stage so smiling through it all

I'm 21 weeks now but the first ten weeks were bowel hell! Constipated one day, bloating everyday, constant gas and runs of diarrhoea the next. I didn't have this at all with my first two Hmm things seem to have settled a bit now but I still have the odd day when I suddenly feel like I have the worst IBS ever, even now.

Well I'm bloated constantly, my nausea has eased to the extent or I actually know I feel hungry as ever and naesua has settled a lot, I'm also quite thirsty so I have taken a lot of water and milk singly doing the trick as well. Have a lot of constipation I'm just taking my time to relax and hoping goes well.
