Every night ! I am only 6 weeks and so have lots more to look forward so it's making me really down.

I can't feel like I've had a good nights sleep if I have a nightmare every night

So far subject matter includes, ex boss trying to tazer me, me cheating and dp leaving me, dog fighting... That's just ones I can remember ! It's awful waking up still feeling like its real. It's exhausting

Ex boss trying to tazer you!!! I had dreams like that when I started my first proper job - being ironed by terrorists on a massive ironing board, for example.

Try listening to some pregnancy/birth relaxation stuff. Ever since I started my hypnobirthing course I've had really positive dreams where the baby just pops out. That is, when I'm asleep long enough to dream.

Weird and terrifying dreams are actually a symptom and nothing to do with your state of mind! It's the hormones, don't worry.

I had terrible ones in the first trimester, and now am also having really wacky dreams (less scary thankfully). Today I had one about being followed by a strange little bird whose objective was to prevent me going to the corner shop and buying a multipack of crisps... Hmm
Unfortunately I skipped the 'sexy dreams' phase which many women get after about week 12/14...

That sounds nice ! This is my third so I'm not worried about labour or anything like that so I just don't understand why they're so bad.

I'll try hypnobirthing just to try to relax !

Haha that's hilarious squitza, that bird would have no chance against my crisp buying skills
