I've gone right off meat too. And the smell of coffee made me gag this morning. Chicken is the worst, it all stemmed from gagging on a chicken wing. Urgh its making me want to gag now.

If meat has any fat / gristle on it I cant have it. Its like I've reverted to my 6 year old self!

9+5 here.

I was like that untill 16 weeks I found going food shopping horrendous I would literally want to vomit. I then went through a stage of eating everything and now gone back to only eating what I really fancy which is shamefully usually a ready made pasta dish, I don't think this heat helps either I'm 27 weeks now x

1st trimester I was off meat, milk, sweet things...

Basically I ate spinach and oat cakes and babybel (which I suppose is veg/protein/fat/carbs!).

I'm much better now (3rd trimester) - still not really into meat, but can eat most things again. FX it's just a 1st trimester thing for you!
