Am I panicking over nothing? I've had three miscarriages so I'm quite paranoid anyway but today, my almost constant nausea has disappeared, my boobs don't feel so sore now and I'm not really very tired.
I've had two scans and seen baby with a good heartbeat, most recent being last Friday.
I have a feeling I'm getting into a tizz for no reason...reassure me please?! X

I remember having a similar panic - I think someone said it was normal and something to do with the placenta taking over.
(Actually I think my sister googled it for me)

My symptoms have tailed off over a few days. (10+3 ish). Likewise I am terrified following a previous miscarriage. Lets hope all is well (or the heat has simply superceded my symptoms).

My symptoms disappeared around a similar time and I was worried, had a scan about 4 days later and there everything was perfect, measuring right, good heartbeat and wriggling around! I think it's quite common to feel better around this time, your placenta starts taking over! X

I was having this exact same panic last night! Also 9 weeks and suddenly feeling much better. I spent a lot of time researching it, and whilst I couldn't find any official information, various forums are FULL of people asking this question. The replies are pretty much all positive - it seems to be a common thing and not an indicator that anything is wrong. It's just your body getting used to the hormones plus, as previous posters say, your placenta beginning to take over.

I felt massively reassured that it is normal, and fine. Though I'm counting down to the scan and actual proof!
Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy.

Most people's symptoms change between 9 and 14 weeks. It's the placenta taking over.

I'm also a recurrent miscarrier and had a big freak out but the MW was actually pleased because the risks drop significantly once the placenta is working well and so it's an important step.
Hope that is what it is for you! Most likely it is. :) :)

I had exactly the same when 9 weeks pregnant with DD2 (now 4 months), try not to worry Thanks but speak to your EPU and see if they'll scan you if it will help reassure you.
