Rhesus negative when needed? Greek speaking??

I've booked a holiday to a Greek Island. I'm worried I might have a cut or a bump and need the injection but won't be able to get it. Does anyone know the extent of a cut or bump before you need the injection? Or anyone who speaks Greek and could write something in Greek explaining the situation should I have a bump or accident- no way I can explain in Greek!!

I was told it needed to be an impact to the bump and was given the example of a car accident.

I rang when the dog jumped onto me on the sofa and landed on the bump and they said that was fine and wouldnt matter...

I had a car accident when I was pg, bump hit the steering wheel and they said I didn't need anything. Chances are, you'll be fine.

every time I had a small bleed - usually after sex they gave me the injection just to be safe. My children are both rhesus negative and it was all a complete waste of time. Maybe we were over cautious but I never would have forgiven myself if our bloods mixed and the baby ended up with rhesus disease.
