confusion over pregnancy result

Can anyone help please, i took a clearblue digital last nyt and it said i was pregnant '1-2', i took a HcG strip thing this morning and i think it came up negative. Will the digital test be more accurate? 1st positive test so dont know what to do. thanks

It might be that the strip is less sensitive and in a couple of days that would show up positive too. If clear blue says you are pregnant, that is a result you can trust!

Get a first response and use the first pee of the day.
Chances are that the clear blue is accurate and you are pregnant

it was the 1st pee i used this morning on the dipstick thing haha, the more i looked the more i saw a faint line. I'm going to get sone tests after work and double check. Im soo excited :-) wish me luck

False negatives are relatively common, especially in the early days - which it is if CB is only showing 1-2 weeks.
False positives are practically unheard of.

Faint lines are still positive! I agree get another clear blue or first response :) My bfp was so faint I didn't trust it so sent dp out for a clear blue and voilà! :D

done a sainsburys test just now, n theres deffinately that line we all want. Not bright blue, but very obvious its there. Looks like a call to the drs is needed tomorrow :D

so...have my 1st midwife appt in 5 wks :) next thing im really worrying about is my weight, im 22 n size 18/20. i've always been 'bigger' so to speak. I was trying to lose weight while TTC but now im pregnant, im pretty sure im going to get lectured about it. im really watching what i eat, and exercising as much as i can (the job i am in is very fast pace so keeps me active too), can anyone help or give me any advice? thanks

How tall are you MRS? Your midwife will work out your BMI and go from there. Keeping it up with the exercise and healthy eating and try to drink plenty of water.

around 5ft 6. Im trying my best to drink lots of water, and eat plenty fruit & veg.
Thinking of going back swimming too.

Congratulations!!!! I'm bigger than you and my weight was only mentioned due to me having gestational diabetes. I lost close to 3st whilst pregnant and that's the only reason it was mentioned.

my BMI is probs over 30, but i fell pregnant really quickly...came off pill in April and now im 4wks 4days....surely thats a good sign too?

Sorry if i sound a bit 'durr' just its 1st time and im so worried and excited at the same time lol
