blooming hayfever any magic cures can't get to drs until monday

As the title says I'm suffering I'm usually like this in june and I forget how bad I am. I'm 29 weeks pregnant is there anything I can do to survive my birthday weekend? I went to asda yesterday and got told to go and see a dr as there was nothing she could do for me, andgo and see my dr on monday , went to local pharmacy and got told I could take piriton omg I'm going to die

Hay max balm? Goes on your nose to stop the pollen entering via the nostrils.
Wear sunglasses.
Keep windows shut.

I have been taking prevalin nose spray this year and it has helped a lot. It lines your nose to keep the pollen off. Add the piriton as backup if it doesn't send you to sleep instantly like it does me...

That and big sunglasses to keep it out of your eyes?

When I was pregnant I was told I could use the nose spray and eye drops.
