Best Maternity Jeans please!!

I've just got past the sage of fitting into anything I actually own and made the grave mistake of buying a pair of maternity bootcut jeans that make my thunder thighs look like tree trunks and really are too flared for me.

Any suggestions welcome :)

H&M ones are the comfiest I found. They're very long though but easy enough to adjust with wonder web.

I was going to say h&m too my jeans from their have been the most comfy jeans I've had

My legs are quite chunky even without being pregnant and even now there slim fit jeans fit great and are flattering

i've been living in the topshop leigh skinnies. they have great soft stretch and dont have to hike them up every 5 seconds!

I'm exactly the opposite nyldn

I am wearing the Topshop Leighs right now and think they're rubbish. They hang off my thighs and fall down around my (not insubstantial) arse with every step I take. I'm 31 weeks and my bump is huge and they're my pre-pregnancy size but they are baggy, saggy and uncomfortable. I would not recommend.

I'm only still wearing them because they were £45 and I'm damned if I'm forking out more cash for stuff I'll only be wearing for the next 6 months.

OP - have read good things about H&M and ASOS maternity jeans. Avoid New Look. They're crap quality.

Asos skinny. I never wore skinny jeans pre pregnancy but these were So comfy, and come in lots of colours.

I did buy one size up from normal though

All jeans have been rubbish - never stay up. I have now resigned myself to leggings and dresses, and when it's sunny, just dresses.

Gap skinnies or bootcut, with the full panel. Stay up, no band across the belly, and genuinely normal looking fit.

I love Topshop Leigh Maternity jeans - have a couple of pairs and I have lived in them since around 20 weeks, I am now 40 weeks, I did have to get a size smaller than my usual size x

Seraphine. Brilliant jeans, definitely worth the extra cost (i think mine were 65).

Also found their Jersey dresses have been brilliant for work. Their dresses are a nice thick jersey, so feel better qaulity and longer lasting.

Another vote for H&M here. Really liked my maternity jeans from them. They can be a bit long but I live in a country of giants so that might be why!

Another vote for Gap here, I lived in mine and never had any problems.

H&M and ASOS skinnies on trial here. They both look good when they are hoiked up, but they both fall down a fair bit. We're all different shapes even more than usual when pregnant, so guess it's no wonder there's a big range of opinions.

I'd say buy cheap, then you won't mind so much if you need to chop and change as you grow.

And, congratulations!

Another one for topshop Leigh.

I loved them and got lots of compliments Wink

I've given up on find maternity trousers or jeans which don't constantly fall down. I've now resorted to wearing a pair of my Dad's braces which stop them falling down.

After trying nearly everywhere, best I've got are mamas and papas.hated my next and new look not very comfy.

Am not a fan of skinnies and am short so very limited selection. Got some from New Look and a pair from Gap. The Gap ones were worth paying for as they are comfy and don't fall down. I sized down for the fit though.

Like pre-preg jeans, I think it depends. My favourites are overbumps from H&M but they do cut into the bottom of my bump slightly. I also have some underbump Leighs which are incredibly comfortable but fall down all the bloody time.

I had a great pair from Red Herring (Debenhams) when I was pregnant with DD. Am pregnant with DC2 now and am just hoping that I get to wear them again!

Another vote for the H and M skinnies: I have them in black, and they are staying up very well even at 20 weeks when my bump is nowhere near it's final size. They were only about £15, and have already washed well. I'll be buying more in different colours. They're especially good for people with very slim legs - no bagging or sagging at all.

H&M skinnies here. Got my usual size with over bump band and was still wearing them until Weds night. Had DC2 yesterday!

A bit pricey but I found Seraphine cords and jeans the best at staying up!

New look skinnies come up big and fall down/go baggy.

Primark seem ok, sizes are small. I'm a 10 and a 12 are skin tight whilst a ten in new look are huge.
