Yes - cos it's pasteurised. I ate loads while was having DS (and he loves it now). It's more the "runny" cheeses like Brie & Camembert and blue cheeses you should avoid

some runny cheeses like brie and camenbert are paturised though - check the labels. its mainly in france where unpasturised is the norm that you may have problems...
