:( I keep having the most vivid and realistic dreams to do with bleeding & the thing is I'll have this kinda dream in a dream too where I'll of had the first bleeding dream which is horrible enough but then I'll dream I've woke up gone to the bathroom and been bleeding does that make sense? They are so vivid and realistic it's Scary of corse it's some relief when I eventually wake up properly and realise it's not real but still not nice did anyone else have dreams like this ?
I think it's probably because I've had a tiny amount of spotting ( like a dot ) which the midwife said should be ok but now whenever I go to the bathroom I obsessively check for blood... Hoping this will ware off soon! Anyone else ?

I have had dreams like this, particularly when I had some spotting, I dreamt of massive clots etc but I haven't had any dreams of blood since my 12 week scan 2 weeks ago which is good, though I've had unrelated strange dreams. I was lucky that after my previous mmc i didn't get any dreams of bad scans before hand, I had one of a really positive scan a day or so before which made me feel it would be ok.

That's what they were like clots and like I had come on my period upsetting but I haven't had my scan yet so I am hoping !! That all is ok with the scan and the dreams fade away

I still haven't gone to my parents with dp and dsd because I dreamt I was at the top of their stairs and big black clots were coming out!

Vivid dreams are common in pregnancy. Two of mine, which I won't repeat, had me screaming in my sleep.

Last night I dreamt that I've had my baby. My baby was a cat. In fact it was a very clear mix of Pallas cat and the Scottish wildcat. I was a bit upset as this may be the only child I'm ever fortunate enough to have, subject to all going well.

Dreams are weird. They reflect your fears, what you've been thinking about lately, or are simply plain odd.
Please try not to attach any meaning to them.

I've had some really vivid dreams about breastfeeding (I think they were in the week my boobs seemed to double in size) and also some awful ones which were nothing to do with pregnancy but are too awful to post and had me waking up almost crying. It's proper weird!

I had a dream when I was pregnant with my youngest that I gave birth to 3 black Labradors. I have no idea what it meant but in my dream I was completely ok with them being dogs?????

Angelto5 I've just wiped tears of laughter...
Initially I didn't mind that he's a cat (see my earlier post here), I thought he's a pretty kitty. It's when it dawned on me that he looked nothing like his scan photo, nor either of us (DH or me) that inside I started to object a little bit that I've given birth to a cat.
