If anyone is awake and reading this then I know I'm not alone!
In 5weeks +5 and for the last week I've been waking up at 5am, pretty much like clockwork! One day was 4.30 but apart from that you could set your watch by me.
And when I'm awake... I'm awake! Try as I might I can't get back to sleep. So I'm flagging throughout the day and crying out for my bed from about 9.30 but have family staying (who don't know) so have to stay up and be the dutiful host. Stressed much??
Now I do have a knowledge of hormones and that it's my pesky adrenals who are to blame... But what I wanted to ask of you lovely ladies is your tips and tricks of falling back to sleep / coping with the waking... Should any exist!
