This isnt a rant, its mire if a whinge i need to let out!I'm 36+1. We're having lots of building work done that was planned before I even got pregnant (Unexpected Third Baby that we are so excited about meeting!) and will continue until at least Christmas.

My house is upside down, dining room things are in the hall, utility room things are stored in the kitchen etc, we were partially roofless for 10 days and the rain got in and has left ds2 bedroom out if action for a little while and so he is sharing with ds1 (bunks) but all his things have no real home and so are in piles everywhere.

Then there are the baby things that are mostly in the spare room and our room, waiting for our new bedroom to be built so that we can shift stuff about and baby gets its nursery.

I am up against a mountain of washing and housework that my poor pelvis just won't let me attack with my normal vigour and it's really getting me down. DH is working every weekend on the building work with the other trades involved and it's a battle to even get the kids school uniform clean and washing up/ meal prep done.

I can't even load the dishwasher because it's in an awkward place in the utility down some steps that makes my bones scream.

I will get through this won't I?

Know that feeling - we are selling a house in Europe, buying a house in the uk, trying to get 3 kids into a decent school and get ready to relocate from Middle East to UK ASAP after birth (when passport arrives).

When people ask if I'm excited about baby - half the time I feel like saying - what baby coz even though it's only 4 weeks off it isn't really at the front of my mind!

Love
Kath

Oh Kath and beautiful what have we got ourselves into? Thank you for letting me know I am not alone- I feel a bit of a fool now because I am at least staying in one place and not moving like you two! Good luck to you both x
