I'm booked for section on the 8th May. Know what you mean about constant pain, my spine doesn't tolerate weight gain thanks to a previous spinal injury so am being particularly mardy with everyone. The next 2 weeks, or two and a bit weeks in your case need to fly by!

Hi, I'm 37 weeks plus 2 days. Due date 12th May (same as your section samandkat!)

Feeling generally fine, though heart burn and indigestion causing me bother especially at night- can barely lie down! Been to the hospital today for blood pressure monitoring but all was fine.

I am booked for a growth scan on Mon (when I will be 38 weeks) because community midwife measured me 37cm but hospital midwife said she could only get 35cm.

Hey, I'm 38 weeks today. Have you seen the antenatal threads? You'll find lots of people at the same stage as you in the May one, here

I'll be 37 weeks in a couple of days. Feel like I'm carrying around a bowling ball! Can't sleep for the life of me - diarrhoea, sweating and heartburn at night!

Hiya another one here Smile 37+4 got my section booked for the 6th of May, can't wait! Really hoping I go into labour before then though so they can whisk me in, fed up with being the size of a house and having to get DP or DS to put my socks on for me haha! Never mind the constant SPD pain, heartburn, no sleep, BH's and everything else that goes with it, oh the joys...good job it's all worth it in the end Grin

Caster oil is an old way of inducing labour by causing the bowel to contact and your uterusthey by triggering labor that or you can use raspberry leaf tea that apparently ripens and softens your cervix they by triggering labour

One of each will be lovely samandkat we're having a surprise, already got DS who's nearly 13 (arrgh!) I would like a girl, too much testosterone in this house lol but ultimately I'm not bothered either way!

Hi, can I crash? I'm 37+2 - due 12 May same as you guys Samandkat and JuniorMint.

So glad to hear I am not the only one feels like they are going to pop! Feeling smug because I can actually get my own socks on in the mornings (but only if I do it first thing!)

MInd you, have to admit I thought I was going to be spending the rest of my pregnancy in my tracksuit bottoms last night cos DP was out late and I could not reach down to get the cuffed bottoms off my ankles. I mean who puts cuffs on the bottom of pregnancy trousers anyway?????!!!
