Smile Mine were mostly around the sides of my growing bump, and they felt like a pulled muscle, not like a cramp, more like an aching feeling of something being stretched - because that's exactly what it was. I remember the peak time was end of the 1st and start of the 2nd trimester. Might be different for different women though.

I've had a variety- some stretchy, some sharp twinges that go more quickly. At week 14 I sometimes feel like my insides are jostling for space (I suppose they are) not painful but I'm aware my uterus is bigger even though no external bump.

I had some in early pg (from about 4-8 weeks, so started v soon after I discovered I was pg. Felt like more severe period cramps so I was initially worried but my GP reassured me that as a standalone symptom it was just stretching.

I've had loads of different ones. Stabbing pains, dull aches, twinges and they are all normal.

I though mine were period pains, really really similar. It felt very low down as well.

Stabby crampy pains for me, usually around sides of where my bump would be if I had one yet (6 weeks), and along the bottom

In my last pregnancy they graduated to Stabby Vagina Pains which were not much fun. They used to make me physically flinch, and hard to explain if people innocently ask what's wrong Grin
