Take care of yourself. Hated my first 15 weeks! You really shouldn't feel guilty...let your DH do some chores etc, its a tough job growing a human being.

It is not helpful but it will soon pass. First tri is usually shit for me but with the help of dh I have got through it and now feel like im coming out the other side. I found my sickness gets much much worse when im tired.
If you really feel rubbish your gp could sign you of for a week or two to let you rest more.

In between FT shifts, and spending time with dd (2.3) I am utterly exhausted. Morning sickness seems to be happening in the middle of the night, so my stomach is churning on and on til im eventually either vomming or worse into the loo at 2am.

I have no energy or inclination to do anything around the house.

I just cba.

Dh is picking up all chores, taking dd off out in the mornings im off work so I can rest, and just being an all around star and I just feel guilty. I want to be passed this point. I want to feel me again.
