Ive decided due to my age to have the harmony test 10 weeks at incase my nuchal comes back high risk but am interested to hear if many mums over 35 have had really low risk scores back?

Also interested in high risk to for balance.

I'm 42 and my results came back as 1:19000 which I was really surprised at. I didn't have the test with my other 2DCs as I was in my twenties then

I am 38 and had Panorama (v similar to Harmony) for same reason as you. I didn't have the hormone tests done as Panorama had already come back clear, but nuchal fold was tiny (less than 1mm I think) so I think my combined test results would have been OK. But it did mean I could look forward to the scan rather than worrying about it.

Still worth having the scan IMO as they are not just looking for genetic abnormailites, here are other problems they can check for. Plus it was really nice to see her again!

I'm 34 & the nuchsl scan was 1.40mm and the adjusted risk of Trisomy 21 is 1:209. My letter said low risk but now I'm seeing the results in their thousands & I'm a bit worried.
Am I reading my results wrong?

Was 39 and the result came back as 1-30,000. Much better than I was expecting. Now have lovely little boy grin

fissawissa anything over 1 in 150 is considered low risk. If your not happy with the result you have you could have the harmony or nifty test they aren't cheap but if you want piece of mind it may help you.

My NT score was 1:4600 (I'll be 38 when baby is here) and I also had the Harmony test at 14 weeks as didn't feel sufficiently reassured by the score (however I am very anxious and have a cousin with Downs so it was on my mind from the beginning). I would have opted for amnio but husband wasn't keen so thought Harmony was a happy medium.

Mine was 1 in 16,000 at 37.

I'm 35 and my combined result came back today of 13,000:1 which I'm grateful for - however I could always be the '1' [hmmm]

Reckon I could just be a bit negative as can't find anything I want to eat without making me want to hurl...

Just got mine. Letter said 1:15,000 but when I read the actual notes it was 1:1,500. I presume the notes are right and the letter wrong. This is a little higher than I was hoping for but I think either counts as low risk. I'm 34 now but 35 at EDD.
