35 weeks pregnant and in so much discomfort. Anyone else?

I'm 35 weeks tomorrow and over the last few days I have been in a hell of a lot of discomfort. I can't get comfortable sitting down, when I'm in bed on a night it hurts to roll over.
I've been having cramps on and off and have got trapped wind so bad it feels like pain!
appetite has gone and can hardly eat anything because I get full so quickly.
I don't know how the hell I'm going to get through the next 5 weeks and the fact it could be 7 more weeks makes me want to cry.
I'm no longer scared about giving birth - I just want the baby out - obviously at a later date as now is too early but you know what I mean!
Anyone else fed up? :(

Oh and there's so much pressure down there it feels like the baby is going to fall out when I'm walking around!
Sorry for the woe me thread, I know there's lots of women out there who would do anything to be pregnant and I know how lucky I am. I am just so fed up!

I'm with you here! I'm 34+4 and I've had enough, it's uncomfy to sit, stand, lie down, do anything really, can't eat a lot and feel sick, my feet and hands have started swelling today, I've got a cold and paracetamol is rubbish Hmm ds was born at 35 weeks and by now I just spent the entire day on the sofa watching tv but I can't do that now and it's not comfortable. I cannot wait to get this baby out! It prob doesn't help that baby is huge and I've got excess fluid so my bump is mahosive and I'm only short Hmm ugh, I'm very grumpy today, sorry!!

Oh god I know that feeling!!!

Blokes can never never understand how hideous it is. It's fucking horrible . I lived of biscuits and brews for the last month. Don't do that though as dd2 blood super was very low as she had been using mine - they thought she was diabetic Blush

Baby will be here soon then you can moan about bf/ff , stitches , no sleep.... No rest for the wicked

I know exactly how you all feel!
I have actually said to DP on more than one occasion that we can only have one. No more after this - I can't go through this again!
Merry Christmas ladies Xmas Smile - treat yourselves to a glass of wine or something!

MsSpencer I also feel sick. Have been noticing it since around 33 weeks. DH is getting on my nerves. Why couldn't I have been born a man? Angry

Oh yes, all they have to do is provide a bit of DNA!! Maybe hold a hand during labour/rub back/hand/feet!! I don't remember last time being like this at all, am going to try and get some sleep!! Ha!!

I could have written all this! Yy to leg cramps & insomnia especially. Ill raise you going to the loo every 30 mins. The water retention has started. Hoping I don't swell up as much as last time.

I'm just focusing on knowing ill feel like my old self again by term plus 9 months and l'm going to relish things like being able to bend over or just having a waist again. Plus baby is going to be a cute little bundle ' by the time they are about 2.5yo will be a delight, if hard work Smile

I understand you fully! I am 33+5 and it is already 4 nights that I hardly sleep a wink! Sleeping was already bad before with endless trips to bathroom, baby kicking or hiccuping, legs cramps and night sweats but now I got a cold/chest infection in top of it. Can't wait for baby to come out!

Sympathies. 36+1 here. If it's any comfort I had a few days where I felt a lot more comfortable just before the 36 week mark - able to get some sleep etc. Made a huge difference.

Wide awake at 5.45 am after about 6 hours sleep, got to get up this morning and go to work as well. No doubt I'll come home and just collapse!
I don't understand why people have more than one child! I just keep thinking 'thank god it's not twins...'

The only good thing about my insomnia is that I got up as soon as I heard ds stir at 5.45 (don't even get me started on how awful a 5.45 start is), so at least dd is still in bed and ds is watching tweenies.
