To cut a long story short I've had a very weak bladder from when I can remember! I have to hold myself when I sneeze/cough to stop myself dribbling.

Well from about 37 weeks I noticed that I'd dribble out of the blue, no sign of me needing to pee or anything it would just come.

Baby is very low down and I find it hard to walk and if I need to pee I can't even move! So I've been having to drive to school that is only 5 mins walk!

Is this normal? please tell me I'm not the only 1, I'm thinking of going on house arrest until hes born to save me some embarrassment!

Not sure where the random bit about being at mums came from!!

Should say, I had to wear tena during both of my pregnancies!!

Tena lady all the way, it's either that or wet trousers! Shock

I'm extremely sensitive and can't wear pads, any kind. I'm dreading have to wear them once hes born and I've got cream ready to stop them ripping me to bits. So I'm really trying to avoid using them! My washing piles up fast though :(

Would reusable pads be kinder to your fanjo?

What about newborn nappies? They are better post birth anyway, and are for the most sensitive of skins.

Or try pants with another pair of pants with tena pad in over. roasty toasty but absorbent.
Then get thee to the physio post birth for serious pelvic floor work.
I am currently using aquaflex weights. too early to say if it has worked.

How would I use a newborn nappy? lol considering it tbh.

I've already looked into resuable ones, there quite pricey so I'd have to buy a few now and just keep collecting until I have enough to actually use them.

What are aquaflex weights Mrs?

Just unfold it and put it in your knickers! Give it a test run maybe?! Grin

Can you use the Aqua Flex weights while pregnant Mrs? Do you mean the ones you insert? X

Don't think you can use them when pg. but good for afterwards.

I'm so glad I'm not the only one. 21 weeks and my bladder has developed a hair trigger on and off for the last week and a half - there is leakage between loo visits often :(

Sadly I've had to get over my fear of tena lady- ever since I had my son 20 months ago I've been waiting for repair surgery and wee myself a little when I cough, sneeze or move too quickly. I used to hide them under other things, but have learnt that the shop assistants don't give a fig. I much prefer to wear them than to be fearful or wet.
