I've been getting increasing pain in my pubic bone & hips but today its awful. I had a consultant appointment & brought it up. I've been referred for physio.
In the mean time, what can i do to help myself?
exercise? Rest? Painkillers? Piliates(sp?).
Im not very big yet so Im worried about how i will be in 10 or 15 weeks. I drive alot & very busy as Im self employed so really need to find a way to manage this.
