Infections during pregnancy

Hi,
I went for a check up for my life insurance and they found blood in my urine sample. Does anyone know if this could be related to my pregnancy (currently 19 weeks pregnant) ?? I don't want to start worrying about what the cause could be but are urine tract infections common in pregnancy ?? I'm just hoping that this is what its down to and nothing more sinister.
Thanks a lot,
Caroline

I only know my own case when that happened to me. It was just a kidney infection, they are very common during pregnancy. Hope its nothing more, but what has happened to you happens a lot
Can you see your HV tom. to put your mind at rest

I had some at 24wks and thought it might have just been a kidney stone which are common in pregnancy too.
