I spotted a Stokke Crusi today. I think I might be in love. I've got older kids and prams have changed so much in the intervening years! The Crusi is the first one Ive spotted that got the old pramaholic juices flowing...

We're going for the Stokke Xplory. Ridiculously expensive, especially as it'll only be used for one child, but we just can't find one we like more. We spent ages in Kiddicare trying to force ourselves to like the Jané Trider, but to no avail.

We have fallen for the uppababy vista. Looking foreard to testing it with the little one when he arrives.

Never thought I could fall in love with a pram.

We have bought preloved, but very near new. Waiting for arrival of said super baby chariot.

We have brought a bugaboo donkey in duo for a 17 month gap between dc. Was an easy choice as already had a bugaboo cam and loved it!!!

My DD is now 3 so we won't be buying a new pram. We have an obaby zezu as the main thing I wanted was for it to be parent facing for more than a few months. The only other ones (at the time) that did that were stupidly expensive and I wanted to spend the extra on other things. I have slings too.

Baby style oyster max as there will be a 12month gap. Thought about bugaboo donkey, do any car seats fit in it?

Report
Hopelass · 24/08/2013 08:32

Alexandra try the baby style oyster if you're looking for fitting in a small boot. We have a mazda 2 and the oyster fits well in that. Can't wait to use it now! Smile

We have a mamas and papas zoom for dd which we love but we're having to get a double as they'll be a 22 month age gap and dd is a menace when it comes to walking around nicely

Currently looking at icandy peach, bjcs or the mountain buggy duet- depends which one we can pick up second hand locally for the right price

Shock I thought the Crusi was cheaper than the Xplory. That's about the same price!

Crazy money, isn't it?

Just got rid of the bastard BJCity Select in favour of the Micralite Twofold which is my current obsession with nearly 3yr old and a 7mth old. I still hanker after a Nuna Pepp, maybe I will get one when DS1 no longer needs a board.

But...but... isn't the BJCS the MNers' pushchair of choice? My faith has been shaken.

When I first started looking I was adamant on a Bugaboo Chameleon 3.

Then it was the Stokke Xplory and iCandy Peach.

However we then spotted the Uppababy Vista in John Lewis and although bulkier it seems to answer all our needs and seems amazing value compared to the others so I THINK that is what we are going to go for!

Going shopping shortly wish me luck. I'm terrible at changing my mind!! Grin

I really love the chameleon but DH is into the uppababy vista (also prompted by a visit to John Lewis!). We have a long wait though (only 6+5) so they could invent something else in that time.
DH actually fell in love with the origami at John Lewis but there is no way I'm lugging that weight up the stairs every day just so I can press a button for it to fold/unfold.
