Healthy snacks - that satisfy a pregnant lady!

Hi

I am 16 weeks pregnant and have finally thought I need to stop eating so much rubbish! I am eating chocolate and crisps everyday. I do manage to eat lots of fruit as well but I definitely weigh more at this point than I did with DS1.

So any ideas for pretty healthy snacks that I can eat a lot of and take to work? I have been going for oatcake and peanut butter but they don't stop the chocolate binge at 3pm! Thanks in advance

I ate lots of brown/granary toast with peanut butter as I was diabetic and had to limit fruit as it sent my sugars sky high. Maybe a bowl of Cheerios or similar?

I'm loving sushi at the moment. Most of the stuff in my local Sainsbury's is either tuna or chicken... no raw fish involved. It's super healthy and fairly filling too.
