Yep, I'm inside on the loveliest day of the year because the minute I step outside I feel so faint from the heat. I barely slept last night because of it!! I'm just looking forward to next summer when we will be enjoying it with our baby girl :)

Yes I'm officially dying! This weather is not made for pregnant women! Went for a walk because I'm trying to get baby out...due in two weeks and already having contractions. But had to come back because heat was too much. I thought I'd be able to enjoy myself and the weather once I started mat leave. No such luck!

I feel a bit guilty for not enjoying the weather and being outside, but I know as soon as I go outside i'll burn again

I hate the heat. I am light sensitive. I get massive headaches and nausea. I despise being sweaty all day. Bring on Autumn and winter!

Too hot here and only 32 weeks. Not looking forward to the rest of this month long heatwave everyone else has been cheering about. Still commuting an hour into work on the tube full time, but office is fairly well aired (not air con but good enough). Luckily I don't have swelling or any blood pressure probs to start with but still I feel completely washed out and can hardly sleep.

39w here.... Melting too. Looks gorgeous outside but our back garden is like a sun trap - mega hot - struggled to put washing out earlier. :S

About to fill the birth pool up again for the 4th day in a row for at least a 3 hour long soak/cool off....!!

Sorry to say, I love the warmth and still comfortable, but I have savage hay fever that's keeping me indoors Sad, and a pelvis that feels like it is going to shatter any second so not allowed to do anything 'outdoorsy' Angry

Hate it, hate it, hate it. My feet are elephantine and I'm moving between the living room with my feet in a bowl of cold water, and the bedroom where we have a little air-conditioning unit. I have no idea what I'm going to wear to work this week while it's so hot.

Spare a thought for those of us in the Middle East...48 degrees today! Car AC broke on way to a meeting and was drenched in literally 30 seconds. Vile!

I'm loving it, but only 24 weeks and possibly was a lizard in a past life!

Abi - I'm not due until October (am 26 weeks now) but am absolutely massive already. My bump has its own gravitational force and people are constantly doing the whole "are you sure it's not twins" bullshit.

Ladyflumpalot - same, ice is my best friend, especially at night!! Fantastic name by the way!

I have just left south west America where it was 49 degrees. Now I am back in England it just feels nicely warm. Although without air con in our home the nights feel far too warm.

Amen. Hating it. Our front room is all windows and boiling boiling. Miserable and 36 weeks. So grumpy. And now allowing the toddler to play with the tablet, when I promised myself I wouldn't.
