Brown discharge at 6 wks?

Am nearly 6weeks with my first pregnancy. Been feeling fine so far - a bit of an acidy stomach some times but it passes, my boobs are quite sore and I have been waking up very early each morning.

This afternoon, I noticed some brown discharge on my underwear and more when I wiped. I don't have any pain (except twinges in my uterus which have been there been on/off for the last few weeks).

I am freaking out a bit and wondered if anyone else had experienced this?

Hi there I had this with 2 of my 3 pregnancies. Bleeding can be normal and nothing to worry about. It can be inset of an early mc. Brown discharges/blood is a good sign as can indication old blood from implantation bleeding and nothing to worry about. If is the start of an early mc it will get heavier, redder and more clots. Otherwise fingers crossed this could well be ok, good luck x

i had this at 6 weeks too after trying for a baby for almost 3 years convinced myself of the worst! saw doctors next day booked me for an early scan the following week the next 4 days spent on Google!
BUT it really can be normal and my little boy is due in just over 3 weeks! eeeeek!
get plenty of rest and try and stay off Google x x
