Is Pregnacare and Sanatogen Mother to be the same?

Took sanatogen mother to be (folic acid and per natal vitamin) with dc1 everything fine. Taking it again with this preg but always her about Pregnacare....should I switch? Is one better than the other? Am 15+3.

I think they are pretty much the same - I just take whatever is on offer!!

I take the centrum one as the pills are smaller, it is cheaper and I don't have to take it after dinner. Much better for me smile

Just personal preference I think. Some people find some makes then feel sick.
Some buy whats on offer.

I chose the sanatogen just because there's about 50% more iron in the pregnacare and I'm suffering with constipation anyway and that much iron would only make it worse!

i take iron tablets x3 a day...should i maybe switch to pregna you think?

I started with pregnacare, moved to boots own and then sanatogen, all with omega 3. It's the same order for the amount of nausea they cause too! I even vomited a couple of times with pregnacare. Really don't think it matters hitch brand you choose. The difference between the contents of pregnacare and sanatogen were minuscule. Both on my packets have 14mg of iron, which is 100%rda but not close to the 200mg tablets given if your iron levels are low, so I wouldn't both switching pumpkin.
