I'll start shall i?
Just nearly fainted and had to be helped home by some strangers after i did the school run and THEN went sledging in the park afterwards.... I also had a very chilly DS with me who had been lying down in the snow and then decided to whinge all the way home about it. Bloody stupid of me and felt like a proper idiot- must remember i'm pregnant!

So far, it's not really got beyond puking in the gutter at 8am in front of my office. I'm sure worse is yet to come. I did a presentation today in front of a hundred people with my trousers held together with a hair elastic, that could have gone horribly wrong Grin

I vomited down the window of a very posh deli/cafe. I didnt look pregnant and it was a Saturday morning, so everyone probably thought I was worse the wear for drink.

Ohhh, these are lovely.... the JOYS of pregnancy :)
You need to get yourself a belly-belt monal they're fab.
Just remembered with DS1, i went into early labour (luckily they managed to stop it), but a friend bought me a tub of Ben and Jerry's in hospital... it was 50% extra free and we ate the entire thing between us. When the midwife came in to ask if i was still having contractions, i had to admit that i wasn't sure if what i was having was contractions or severe ice-cream-induced stomach ache Blush

Went to a very posh restaraunt on xmas eve with my boyfriend and had to dash outside (door nearer than the loo) to be sick outside! Boyfriend had to explain and get some water to wash it away!

Had an old lady help me across the road when I crutches with SPD. How pathetic must I have been.
Also (old lady related) waiting outside dr for it to open to drop off wee sample, DH took sample, handed it to random old lady and asked her to hand it in!

I shat myself whilst giving birth to ds. I knew I'd done it whilst I was pushing him out. I gave birth kneeling on the bed looking towards the wall. When I turned round there were 6 people watching (high risk pregnancy) I wished the ground would have swallowed me whole! Blush

Oh if you include labour, I think we all do that. DH tried lovingly to tell me I hadn't with dd1 but couldn't keep it up.

I puked all down myself in front of my boss. I then immediately burst into tears. Fortunately, she had a fairly young ds and was sympathetic. Sent me home for the day and told me to put my feet up.

Flossie everyone shits themselves in labour!

When I was in labour with dc2 I told the mw I wanted to go for a wee and my waters suddenly broke. I was so embarrassed that she would think I'd just peed on the floor that I kept repeating "that wasn't pee" for duration of my labour!

Thank god!! I didn't first time round though but I had taken shed loads of movicol prior to my induction with ds!!

When I was 14 I fainted (twice) during the 2 minute silence for prayers at midnight mass. I was wearing high heels and 'clopped' for a while before I hit the ground with a thud.
I was as pissed as a fart.
My mother has never been back to that church (neither have I).

The most embaressing thing I did whilst pregnant was when I projectile vomitted in the street when the baby turned (or something).
Also shouting out OW, loudly, for no apparent reason at random times looked a little odd when I had sciatica.

In labour with dd and mw was head down watching me push )(or try not to as was only 4cm, so she was keeping an eye on things) and I kept letting out little darts, then absolutely hysterically laughing at the fact I was pushing whilst apologising for darting in her face. Felt like I was about 5 lol. Luckily the midwife wasn't phased by it and said she's had worse, I'd hate to think what :/ x

On one of my early scans, I woke up late and had to rush around to get ready quickly. Couldn't find any knickers or socks but just had to leave or I'd have missed the appointment. Wasn't too bothered as it was a transvaginal scan anyway so I knew that when I got there I'd have to take my trousers off and cover myself in the sheet. When I got there the scan lady said they'd just do an abdominal scan instead as it wasn't too early. I exposed my stomach but it wasn't enough, she yanked my trousers down several inches over my hips so the gel wouldn't get on my clothes, exposing my naked muff. Blush She did a cats bum mouth and scanned me with the minimum of words while I just cringed...

Haha I love these! Currently 31 weeks and I have an embarrassing story!

We have recently moved house and on new years eve our new neighbours (retired couple) knocked on our door and asked if we wanted to come for dinner. Didn't really want to but figured we'd be polite and after a couple of hrs could come home.
Went over, had a very nice roast dinner. After eating we are sat talking around their dinner table and I started to feel unwell and really hot. Stripped my jumper off and hoped it would pass, nope! Got worse. Eventually turned to my DH and said I need to go home I feel like I might faint. Went to stand up, promptly threw up all over DH and the kitchen floor, then fainted, collapsed into a plant pot behind the table, smashing it into pieces!!! Came around, sick and dirt everywhere! I was (am still) so embarrassed!!!
Have been avoiding them since then!!!

Everybody knows that shitting yourself during labour doesn't count. I've done it twice!
I did the splits on some ice when 7 months pregnant when my front leg didn't stop. My knee was sore for 6months after though.

No one in rl admits that they shat themselves when they gave birth. I felt like a bit of a freak.

I went to Spain on holiday when I was about 16 weeks and we booked a bus trip to Barcelona to tour the nou camp and the aquarium.
Bus journey of an hour, spent the entire hour vomiting(quite noisily) and farting (even more noisy) whilst Spanish bus driver and tour guide tried to tell me I was travel sick and should sit at the front of the bus so i could see where we were heading.
Whole bus staring and eventually moved away from me, dp was mortified.
As part of tour of nou camp I went into the dressing room where I projectile vomited again. Did the same in the actual stands.
When we got to the aquarium I was sick in the stingray bit too. Actually in their water.
Spent the last couple of hours in Barcelona trying to find shade and vomiting outside of posh shops.
For the record I had morning sickness from week 6 to week 31. Started enjoying pregnancy.... And delivered at 34 weeks.
Never ever again.
I'd quite like to go back to Barcelona again though

These stories are brilliant!
I have no story yet as I'm only 11 weeks with my 1st I'm sure it will happen.
i have a question though - what happens when you poo yourself during labour? Do they just discretely get rid of it or does it stay there until you get a chance to get up from the bed???

Similar to JamesAndTheGiantBanana. Twin pregnancy after two late miscarriages, so frequent scans. Early scan which I assumed would be transvaginal, so I stripped off from waist down and covered myself with the big blue paper towel. The radiographer then proceeded to do an abdominal scan, never once mentioning the fact that I had nothing on from the waist down. I can see the funny side now, but was mortified at the time.

I would assume the same threebee :) how odd!
Carrie , they just whip it away, you probably won't even know it's happened.
