In early pregnancy, strange things happen, and if hula hoops is all you can manage, then don't worry :) However, if you can manage to other food, try and ensure it is fresh fruit and veg, to make up for the hula hoops consumption :)

Hope not, I had a major salt and vinegar hula hoop obsession until about 15 weeks. Not touched them since (28+0)!
Seriously though, they're just crisps. So long as you're not piling the weight on don't worry. I
They were all I could eat for several weeks.

Me too! Hula hoops are great. I think it's because they are salty and starchy so you can keep them down.

I still love hula hoops!

I lived on salt and vinegar walkers and cereal for the first 18 weeks. I couldn't manage hardly anything else. After that I ate a very healthy diet. Just make sure you're taking your vitamins too Smile

I lived on salt and vinegar crisps for about a month. Think I needed the salt. I used to keep a bag by the bed and have 3-4 whenever I would wake up. I'd just say don't finish the bag each time out of habit. Eat to your hunger, not to the manufacturer's dimensions!

Whatever supplements or 'health' foods you take, check with the doctor first!

Sounds like a normal early pregnancy diet to me (rather too familiar iykwim) I was drinking loads of milk, and the salty crisps were so yummy. Your body will let you know what it needs.

Haha! Oh wow I'm so glad I'm not the only one with a salty crisp obsession! I was never a huge crisp eater before but when I got pregnant I became a packet-a-day crisp monster from about 12 weeks (am 38 now!). S&V hula hoops def top of my list too followed by McCoys ridged S&V/king prawn/BBQ rib...yum.

I think it's going to be a hard habit to break after baby's born!!

I was loving crisps until my hypermesis took hold, now I can't even look at them!!
Regarding your vitamin question, is it a pack that has 2 types of tablet? A 'normal' vitamin containing folic acid etc, then a fish oil capsule? If so then yes you take 1 of each, each day. Just make sure the fish oil one is suitable for pregnancy.
