Hi All,
I am almost 10 weeks pg and starting to feel a bit more 'normal' after the initial ms and tiredness. I really want to get back to exercise and wondered if anyone had a good pg gym programme/exercises they would be willing to share? I am used to doing heavy weights but dont want to do any damage!
