Gym Programme Suggestions for Early pg

Hi All,

I am almost 10 weeks pg and starting to feel a bit more 'normal' after the initial ms and tiredness. I really want to get back to exercise and wondered if anyone had a good pg gym programme/exercises they would be willing to share? I am used to doing heavy weights but dont want to do any damage!

I bought this book Pregnancy and Fitness when I was at about your stage.

I am also a gym regular, and this has good tips for what you can do at each trimester, based on what exercise you already do. There are also some stretches and exercises for core strength.

I discovered I could do a lot more than I thought - including lifting weights!
