Did you guess the sex of your baby?

Following on from teacups' thread, did you correctly guess your baby's sex?
I thought both mine were girls, only because we don't do boys in my family. I had one of each, so 50% success rate!

Nope ... DS was a girl and DD was a boy ... I always guess wrong with everyone ... so if you want to know what sex your baby is, get me to guess and then it will be the other one ... Grin

I knew DD was a girl

I said "I Know" when they told me when she came outGrin

I'd bought girl stuff and everything

Yes 100% so far - was convinced DS was a DS from the first and was right. We'll wait til November to see if my guess about a girl this time is right :)

was so sure with d i even bought girl clothesBlush will find out in august if i keep my 100% success rate or drop to 50%, think it's a boy, actually thats an understatement i'm positive its a boy.

i also knew what my dd would look like before she was born. i bought baby hair brushes when preg, dp laughed at me saying 'what do you need that for, babies are bald', so my very motherly, sweet first words on seeing my dd were 'i told you so'! i also knew she's have his eyes.

Yes, had gut feel both times and was right. I find it weird that I just sort of knew and can't explain why.

I knew ds was a boy from about 6 wks pg - and he was. was equally convinced with #2, so much so that didn't even check after delivery until dh said, 'oh my god it's a girl'. spent weeks calling her 'him'.

We were convinced dd (our no 2) was going to be another boy. We spent ages thinking of boys names, and were really thrown when she was a girl.

pinkmagic1 · 18/04/2006 16:19

Knew it was a boy first time round and pretty convinced its a girl this time!

I was at a kids birthday party and all the girls were dancing holding hands and all the boys were running about being power rangers or what ever...
I was heavily pregnant and hoping for another little girl. The baby inside me was kicking and moving and I looked at the boistrous boys and thought... ITS A BOY...... it was.. we didn't even pick a girls name...

I 'knew' my first, dd1.
Then I also 'knew' my second, ds2.
Then was undecided with ds3.
Then wishful thinking coloured my 'knowlege' with ds4.
