Hi All,
Little bit of advice / reassurance needed if possible. I tripped in the street today (it would appear walking and talking at the same time is a stretch too far for my coordination at the minute!) and took a bit of a tumble. Instinctively twisted my body as I feel so I didn't impact 'full frontal' but more to the side. Didn't hurt myself in the slightest, and bump was well padded under lots of wintery layers. Baby gets a lot of naturally cushioning from my body, right? I shouldn't be worried about this? Or should I call NHS direct / MW to check? Have felt some movement since it happened, but (s)he is generally more active in the evening anyway so thought I'd wait and see how much movement I feel tonight.
Like I said, didn't hurt myself at all. But am surprised at how upset I feel about having fallen over. Upset, and annoyed with myself!
