Never done it but just to say don't panic if you can't pick up a heartbeat straight away.

I've known people pick up a beat at 9 weeks and others not till 15/16 weeks.

My Doppler arrived this morning and its fab, I heard my babys heart beating-DS heard it too and was very excited! I feel so calm now (well calmer!) knowing that if im in any doubt i can just switch on and listen.
I would deffo recommend one to any worried mum to be
