I have been very laissez faire with my last 2 pregnancies and not worried about steering clear of the things you are not supposed to eat. But this time round I am doing EVERYTHING by the book - except I can't remember what the book says!! Can you eat mozzerella? have no idea if it's pasturised or not?

As far as I know yes it is safe. Certainly my sister had mozzerella this weekend, although it was cooked on a pasta dish I made.

Yes, yes, yes. This has been a hot topic for us lately as SIL, who is pg, is hardly eating anything, mozzarella being one of them. Shes crackers. Wouldnt eat creme freche the other day either, gah.
