Very Moody. Early pregnancy or just PMS?

Did you feel moody/grumpy very early on in your pregnancy? I'm TTC and am hoping I'm Pg at the moment, but I feel really moody and am thinking that this is probably just PMS.

TIA.

i am always grumpy / moody. Sorry dont think its a reliable sign of pregnany. TBH I think you will be pretty anxious anyway after what's happened.

good luck though bubble

That's the thing, Kristina. This is above and beyond the low/acute episode level sadness that I've had of late.
This is true hormonal stuff. Oh well, I'll just need to wait and/or test.

Btw, I don't believe that you are always grumpy/moody - I bet kittens, butterflies and fluffy white clouds follow you everywhere.

We lost a teenage son last June when i was 3 months pregnant. When i went into hopsital to have the baby i just cracked up - it was too much being in hospital. It brought back too many painful memories.

I suspect that just thinking that you might be pregnant will bring up all sorts of fears for you. Coz if you are really pregnant then you could go through all the same things again. I know I couldnt cope with losing another child. But I would have to because i have other children IYSWIM

I did - thought I couldn't be PG, as I had such bad PMT symptoms - extremely moody, feeling I "couldn't cope" etc. It's very difficult to tell one way or the other though as so many PMT symptoms are virtually identical to very early PG symptoms.

Oh Kristina. That must have been so difficult. We lost a little lad who we'd 'known' for 9 months. You lost so many years of memories. I can only imagine what you went through.

mummytosteven, I still want to read that as 'mummytoseven' That's true, the symptoms are so similar, aren't they?

Thanks Bubble. I hope you are successful really soon - you dont need the stress of TTc for ages. Though I suspect you wont relax until you have your baby safely home.
