Hi,
I was wondering if anyone can recommend a pregnancy yoga/pilates video online (youtube etc) or even a good DVD I could try? I'd love to go to the classes but with a crazy work schedule I'm not able to commit so would be easier if I could do it at home. I'm a beginner and I'm 6 months pregnant.
