Hi, I know obviously how lucky I am to feel my baby move. I am 38+5 and am having really strong braxton hicks and the baby is squirming and squirming and wont stop, its getting so uncomfortable that It is starting to make me feel a bit sick.
I have tried relaxing and stroking my belly but it doesn't seem to be calming down.
Please help.....

Stick some music on, if you don't want to listen to it then put headphones on your bump.
Might not stop it moving, but it will give it something to move TO

Thank you, I put my natal hypnotherapy CD on and it finally settled down. The bonus was I think it was very tired and I managed a full nights sleep which hasn't happened in a long while!
