I have been very fortunate in feeling well throughout my pregnancy so far but two "minor ailments" are causing discomfort. Every so often I get a night where, despite being tired I can not get to sleep as my legs feel so fidgety. I resorted to a bath at 2am this morning! I walk a few miles a day with my dog and am generally active. Any suggestions? Also bowels seemed to have switched off despite porridge with prunes and apricots each morning, plenty of fruit and veg. I am probably not drinking enough water but bladder seems to have shrunk dramatically. Otherwise I am loving my growing bump, all the kicks and am blooming!
