Hi
I have morning sickness pretty much the whole day - but worst in the mornings and early evening. At least I think that's what it is? Quesy feeling, dry wretching/heaving at funny smells but only been properly sick once.
At first I was happy because this meant the pregnancy had taken hold but now the "novelty" is beginning to wear off after 10 days of this feeling which seems to be getting worse.(I'm 7 wks tomorrow)
I read ginger biscuits helps. What about ginger ale/beer? Maybe a dumb question but they are non-alcholic right? I'm clueless...
Do I wake-up and munch on a ginger biscuit?
Anyone got any tips, please?
