Metaclopramide and tiredness/drowsiness

Hi

I've been on this since about 7 weeks for hyperemesis (am now 22 weeks). I'm only being sick every few days now but a bit scared to come off the metaclopramide as when I tried reducing the dose a few weeks ago cos I hadn't been sick for a few days the sickness came back with a vengance.

But I'm so tired (bear in mind I'm not puking, that's not what's tiring me). I go to bed at 10pm and DS wakes from about 7am and I'm so tired I go back to bed once he's gone to nursery! Then I feel heavy and tired all day. It's surely too late in the pg to be so tired? I should be feeling better by now, I was with DS.

I had a look at the leaflet and it says not to drive or operate machinery when on metaclopramide as it causes drowsiness, so is that what's causing me to feel so shit, especially as I've been on it for about 14 weeks?

Anyone else had this? Did you feel better when you came off the meds?
